Refund policy

At Pop Ur Jewel, your satisfaction matters to us. While we ensure every product is carefully checked and securely packed, in rare cases of issues, our return and refund policy will guide you.

Eligibility for Return

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective upon delivery, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • To initiate a return claim, customers must:
    1. Provide a clear description of the damage/defect.
    2. Share a full unboxing video (from breaking the package seal till the end, without edits, cuts, or filters) that clearly shows the damaged product.
  • What counts as damage: breakage, missing parts (stones, hooks, locks), or visible dents/scratches that affect usability or appearance.
  • Not considered damage: minor polish variations, natural color tone differences, or slight marks due to the nature of jewelry finishing.
  • Return pick-up will be arranged only after damage is validated via the unboxing video.

Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@popurjewel.com, along with the unboxing video.

Condition of Product

  • Returned products must be:
    1. Unused and unworn.
    2. Securely bubble wrapped.
    3. Packed in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Method

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
    1. A coupon code or gift card equal to the productโ€™s value will be issued.
    2. The coupon/gift card will be sent to you within 5โ€“7 business days and can be redeemed on future purchases.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

Shipping of Return

  • Once the unboxing video and details are validated, Pop Ur Jewel will arrange a pick-up of the item.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by Pop Ur Jewel only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivery.

Cancellations

  • Due to operational constraints, we are currently unable to process order cancellations.
  • We request customers to place orders thoughtfully.
