Shipping policy

At Pop Ur Jewel, every piece of jewelry is packed with love and care to ensure it reaches to you safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process, ship, and deliver orders across India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY PARTNER

All products are currently shipped via India Post. In the future, we may also partner with additional delivery services to expand our reach.

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking id via email and/or SMS.
  • If any delay occurs during processing, our team will notify you promptly.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (India): 3–5 working days
  • Non-metro cities (India): 7–10 working days
  • North East and Jammu-Kashmir: 7–12 working days

⏳ Please note: Delivery may take longer due to unforeseen courier delays. While we will support you in tracking your parcel, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier once dispatched.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING CHARGES

A) For package below 400 gm

  • Maharashtra: ₹60
  • Rest of India: ₹80
  • North East and Jammu-Kashmir: ₹100

B) For package above 400 gm

  • Additional ₹20 on charges mentioned under Section 4, point A

 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not available at present.

SECTION 5 - PACKAGING & SAFETY

  • Jewelry is securely packed with protective weight buffers (150–300g depending on order size) to prevent damage in transit.
  • In the rare event of transit damage, we offer a refund or replacement, provided a valid unboxing video is shared.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 - IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in return-to-origin (RTO).
  • A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based deliveries. If OTP is not received or accepted, the courier may return your order to origin.
  • In case of return-to-origin due to non-delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
