We are unable to process order cancellations once an order has been accepted. Please place your orders thoughtfully to avoid inconvenience.

We currently operate and ship only within India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. Once products are handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. A valid unboxing video is required as proof for processing returns.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit coupon/gift card within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Exchanges are not available at present.
