At Pop Ur Jewel, every piece of jewelry is packed with love and care to ensure it reaches to you safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process, ship, and deliver orders across India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY PARTNER

All products are currently shipped via India Post. In the future, we may also partner with additional delivery services to expand our reach.

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking id via email and/or SMS.
• If any delay occurs during processing, our team will notify you promptly.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities (India): 3–5 working days
• Non-metro cities (India): 7–10 working days
• North East and Jammu-Kashmir: 7–12 working days

⏳ Please note: Delivery may take longer due to unforeseen courier delays. While we will support you in tracking your parcel, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier once dispatched.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING CHARGES

A) For package below 400 gm

• Maharashtra: ₹60
• Rest of India: ₹80
• North East and Jammu-Kashmir: ₹100

B) For package above 400 gm

• Additional ₹20 on charges mentioned under Section 4, point A

 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not available at present.

SECTION 5 - PACKAGING & SAFETY

• Jewelry is securely packed with protective weight buffers (150–300g depending on order size) to prevent damage in transit.
• In the rare event of transit damage, we offer a refund or replacement, provided a valid unboxing video is shared.
• Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 - IMPORTANT NOTES

• Ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in return-to-origin (RTO).
• A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based deliveries. If OTP is not received or accepted, the courier may return your order to origin.
• In case of return-to-origin due to non-delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

At Pop Ur Jewel, your satisfaction matters to us. While we ensure every product is carefully checked and securely packed, in rare cases of issues, our return and refund policy will guide you.

Eligibility for Return

• Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective upon delivery, or if you receive the wrong item.
• To initiate a return claim, customers must:
  Provide a clear description of the damage/defect.
  Share a full unboxing video (from breaking the package seal till the end, without edits, cuts, or filters) that clearly shows the damaged product.
• What counts as damage: breakage, missing parts (stones, hooks, locks), or visible dents/scratches that affect usability or appearance.
• Not considered damage: minor polish variations, natural color tone differences, or slight marks due to the nature of jewelry finishing.
• Return pick-up will be arranged only after damage is validated via the unboxing video.

Return Request Timeline

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@popurjewel.com, along with the unboxing video.

Condition of Product

• Returned products must be:

1. Unused and unworn.
2. Securely bubble wrapped.
3. Packed in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Method

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

1. A coupon code or gift card equal to the product’s value will be issued.
2. The coupon/gift card will be sent to you within 5–7 business days and can be redeemed on future purchases.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges.

Shipping of Return

• Once the unboxing video and details are validated, Pop Ur Jewel will arrange a pick-up of the item.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by Pop Ur Jewel only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivery.

Cancellations

• Due to operational constraints, we are currently unable to process order cancellations.
• We request customers to place orders thoughtfully.

• Keep jewelry away from water, sprays, and other chemicals.
• Always apply perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, or sprays before wearing your jewelry. Exposing jewellery to water or any chemicals can cause discoloration or damage to your jewels.
• Avoid exposing jewelry to direct sunlight for long periods.
• Store in an airtight container or zip-lock bag when not in use to prevent tarnishing.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after every use.
• Avoid wearing jewelry while bathing, swimming, or exercising.
• Handle with care to prevent scratches or breakage.
• Do not store gold polished, silver polished, or oxidized jewelry together—keep each type in separate pouches or compartments to prevent scratches, tarnishing, or color transfer.
• Pearls and gemstone jewelry should also be stored individually to prevent scratches or tangling.
• Avoid storing jewellery in velvet pouches as it may cause discoloration. It is always better to store it dry in a zip lock or air tight container.
